Cinzia MarroccoSelf Devised
Cinzia Marrocco is a passionate dancer, and choreographer based in Sydney, Australia. Cinzia Marrocco started dancing at Lamont Dance Theatre from a young age, training in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Hip-hop. In 2019, Cinzia began studying a Bachelor Of Dance, at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance. In 2019, she joined the Dance Makers Collective youth company, where she trained with like-minded youths. During this time, she performed in the Dance Makers Collectives work; ‘The Rivoli’, a work featured in the Sydney Arts Festival. Additionally, she was a part of the Kaldor Art project; Correspondence by Nadia Oldum, a site-specific work performed at the Art Gallery of NSW. At the start of 2021, Cinzia had the opportunity to work alongside Richard Cilli, to create a site specific solo for Future Makers work ‘In Situ’ for Sydney Festival 2021. Cinzia’s passion for dance and choreography have been reflected in her most recent works; “At Bay” and “Paranoia” which have been featured on both Dance Life Unite and the Amherst Ballet Project. -
Brad CarterMusical Theatre & Vocal
Brad is a graduate of Brent Street - Diploma of Musical Theatre & Sydney Dance Company Pre-Professional Year - Diploma of Contemporary Dance. He also is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Brad is a Musical Theatre, Contemporary and Improvisation Artist and Teacher. He brings a mix bag of experiences to his teaching and likes to blend his experiences together so that students can learn a variety of skills from his classes. In 2018 Brad was cast in the Musical 'Priscilla, Queen of the Desert' on board Norwegian Cruise lines and has returned to this show many times since his first casting. Brad has a passion for teaching and dance education. He has worked for REDed (Raw Energy Dance Education) inspiring kids in schools all over Sydney through dance. He teaches open classes at Sydney Dance Company and also works as a Teaching Artist where he travels alongside the company and delivers creative contemporary dance workshops to primary and high school students all over Australia. -

Jasmin CertomaScript Analysis and Character Development
Since graduating from The Actors College Of Theatre and Television Jasmin has worked on stage in Sydney and London in plays such as “Corpus Christi” (New Theatre) “The Duchess of Mali “(London) and ” The Shape of Things” (London). Whilst in London Jasmin attended classes at The Central School of Speech and Drama and The Actors Centre to develop her craft. After collaborating and workshopping with new writers in London, Jasmin was selected to work with the production company All Our Tomorrow’s in character development for their pilot series “Washed Up”. Since returning to Sydney, Jasmin moved into film and starred in films such as “1+1+11 and “Mothership”. From there she decided to create her own content, working predominately in comedy on films such as ” Walk in my Shoes” and “Modern Mating”. Most recently she has co-created and starred in a mini-series “Inadequate” which has been successful in the International festival circuit. Jasmin is also a teaching artist for many studios, and schools around Sydney. She also coaches young teens for auditions. Jasmin loves the opportunity to share knowledge, inspire, and create a positive environment for students to reach their full potential. -
Kian Pitman Drama Improvisation & Play Building
Kian is the epitome of a third culture kid, from being born in Australia, to growing up in the multicultural nation of Malaysia. After spending a year in London attending classes at the Actors Centre and RADA, as well as becoming an Actor of the Tower Theatre Company, Kian returned to Australia completing her Acting training at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Throughout her time there she explored many roles both on screen and on stage and was also the recipient of the 2018 Shakespeare Award, in which she played Romeo in “Romeo and Juliet”. Kian’s stage credits include, “Nicky” in Shakers dir. Orna Joseph (London), “Priest” and Swing/Instrumentalist in Twelfth Night Bar’d Work, Sydney (Touring), “Tybalt” and “Paris” in Romeo and Juliet- She Shakespeare (The Factory Theatre), and most recently “Name Withheld on Advice of Council” in the Australian premiere and sell out season of Yellow Face (dir. Tasnim Hossain)- KXT. Kian is also a teaching artist for many performing arts schools around Sydney and the Illawarra and values being able to contribute to educating young minds from the perspective of a working Actor. -
Annabelle Rosewarne Musical Theatre
A true triple threat, Annabelle is a Sydney-born singer, dancer, actress. She is a 2019 graduate of WAAPA (Bachelor of Arts in Music Theatre), and also a 2016 graduate of Brent Street's Diploma of Musical Theatre, completing the course on a half- scholarship. Annabelle’s highlights include "Carla Albanese" in Nine (dir. Lisa Callingham), “Amy” in Company (dir. Andrew Lewis), “Liz Holt” in Strictly Ballroom (dir. Crispin Taylor), and “Nickie Pignatelli” in Sweet Charity (dir. Shaun Rennie). Annabelle is interested in film making, and has written/directed/choreographed several short films. In the 2019 Perth Fringe Festival she assistant directed and choreographed Kate, Gus & The Other Kids, an original musical written by her classmates Conor Neylon and Jackson Peele. Annabelle also writes as a theatre reviewer for Theatre Travels. -

Michael grew up training in all genres of dance and performing arts on the Gold Coast and Brisbane before travelling overseas to study further at places such as Broadway Dance Centre USA, Pineapple Dance Studio’s and Studios 68 UK and En Dance Studio Shibuya, JAPAN. Performing professionally in - ‘Burn the Floor UNTAPPED’, Princess Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, David Atkins Enterprises and musicals ‘Boy from Oz’ and ‘All Shook Up.’ In 2016, Michael completed the ‘Dream Dance Company’ Show Business course under the direction of Marko Panzic, where he was trained by the international likes of Danielle Polanco, Candace Brown, Gerran Reese. Some of Michael’s commercial credits include performances at the NRL Grand Final, 6th AACTA awards, American NFL Grand Final, Taylor Swifts Red Tour Opening Act and Big Brother Launch Night. He has performed alongside artists such as Marcia Hines, Jessica Mauboy, Tim Campbell, Prinnie Stevens, Nathaniel Willemse, Sneaky Sound System and Ministry of Sounds ‘Vandalism’ just to name a few. In 2017, Michael completed a highly successful season with Opera Australia performing in Carmen (Handa on Sydney Harbour) choreographed by the amazing Kelley Abbey and directed by Andy Morton. Most Recently, Michael worked as art of the professional team of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies performing alongside Ricki Lee, Delta Goodrem, Anthony Callea, Guy Sebastian and Samantha Jade. Michael has also performed in‘ Viva Tropicana Spectaular’ as Male Swing/ Dancer for Aerial Angels Productions in a resident show in HONG KONG and was also apart of the cast for a brand new show ‘Colour Emotion’ for Tap for All in SYDNEY in October 2018. 2019 has seen Michael join the cast of ‘Diamonds After Dark’ as Featured Male Dancer for Mission Entertainment Co. providing shows throughout QLD and NSW. The beginning of 2020 saw Michael rehearsing for Opera Australia’s La Traviata as a featured dancer – he hopes to return to this performance as soon as shows are back up and running. -
Rose Shannon-Duhigg Musical Theatre
Rose is a recent graduate of The Western Australian Academy of the Performing Arts (WAAPA) with a Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre). Also a NSW Talent Development Project Graduate, she has been training and teaching for several years and started her professional career at age 11. Her performing credits include Sally Simpson/Ensemble in The Who’s Tommy (Victorian Opera), Ensemble in Irene (Hayes Theatre Co/Neglected Musicals), Jane Banks in Mary Poppins (Disney/Cameron Mackintosh), Jemima Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (TML Enterprises) and Fran in Strictly Ballroom (WAAPA). Rose has been a trained dancer at Joanne Williamson Dance Academy, learning in a variety of styles. In this time she completed her RAD (Ballet), FATD (Jazz and Tap) and AMEB (Voice and Violin) exams as well as competing in multiple singing and dance eisteddfods. -

Over this time period, I have tutored students of all ages and backgrounds with varying levels of experience, from beginners to professional performers. During the course of this work, I have taught many boys and girls of school age and have experience in teaching practice methods, setting goals and communicating with parents. Harriet Gordon-Anderson Senior Drama
Harriet is an actor and drama/improv teacher based in Sydney. She graduated from WAAPA in 2015, and her theatre credits include Hamlet (Bell Shakespeare 2020/2021), The Miser (Bell Shakespeare), Picnic at Hanging Rock (Malthouse / Black Swan STC, The Royal Lyceum Edinburgh, The Barbican London), Kindertransport (Darlinghurst Theatre Co), Blue Christmas (KXT), You Got Older (KXT) Leaves (KXT), Lifestyle of the Richard and Family (Next Wave), Moving On Inc. (The Blue Room), and The Merchant of Venice (The Genesian). Her feature film debut was in The Greenhouse earlier this year, and for television she has appeared in Amazing Grace (Nine Network), Mr Inbetween (Fox Showcase), Love Child (Nine Network), The Secret Daughter (Seven Network), and Mikki Vs The World (ABC). Harriet has been teaching acting and improvisation to young people and adults since 2017, working closely with the Australian Performing Arts Grammar Schools (APGS) and Improv Theatre Sydney (ITS), as well as on a private tuition basis. -
Michael Quigley Percussion
After studying jazz at Sydney’s Conservatorium Of Music, Mike Quigley co-founded the Contemporary Music Studies (CMS) school in Sydney’s northern suburbs, where he directed student ensembles from 1994 to 2003. During this time Mike performed and recorded with various jazz and indie rock projects before joining metal band Tourettes in 2000. With Tourettes Mike recorded 3 releases and toured Australia, Canada, California and Europe. Tourettes disbanded in 2008, and in 2010 Mike founded an experimental post rock/choral project called The Jean Letters, due to record their debut in late 2010. Mike’s performance highlights include the Monterey, Montreux and North Sea jazz festivals, the Big Day Out in Sydney, Wacken Open Air in Germany, and numerous other festivals across Germany, the UK and Belgium. -
Paula Baxter Solo/Duo Vocal Skills, Song Writing & Performance
Paula Baxter London born multi-faceted vocalist, songwriter and AAMA Award (The African Australian Music Awards) winner Paula Baxter (aka Miss P) started her musical journey at a young age. Artists like Nina Simone, Chaka Khan, Eva Cassidy, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston fuelled Paula's passion for music leading her to study a Bachelor of Music and pursue a career as a vocalist. After graduating Paula went on to perform with various original and cover bands before getting snatched up by Norman Cook's (Fat Boy Slim) to sing backup vocals for one of his projects ‘The Alfabet Tree’. After several years of playing the UK circuit the band released their debut album and embarked on a European tour. After mild success Paula left the band to concentrate on her own career which lend to a relocation to Sydney. Once fully immersed in the Sydney music scene it didn’t take long before Paula was a vocalist in demand, called upon to lend her vocals to artists such as Christine Anu, Richard Clapton, ‘1927’, James Morrison, Mark Williams (Dragon) Paul Mac and Jessica Mauboy. Paula was also called upon as backing vocalist to international touring artists; Tony Hadley (Spandou Ballet) Belinda Carlisle (The Go Go’s) Josh Groban (US), Ben Portsmouth (Taking care of Elvis UK) and Michael Franti (Spearhead USA) One of the most exciting musical moments for Paula was sharing a stage with the great Smokey Robinson during a short promotional tour in 2012. Paula remarked on ‘how amazing it was to see one of the all time musical greats mesmerise the audience with his magical voice, a moment I will never forget’. Paula’s television credits include: 100 judge on Channel 7's All Together Now, Love Child, The Voice, The Today Show, Sunrise, Good News Week, Spiks & Spacks, Rove Live and Mornings with Kerrie Anne. Paula’s original music is a blend of soul infused reggae, funk, disco, house and pop which she delivers with a unique vocal style that is sultry, soulful, powerful and distinctive. Paula’s debut EP ‘Experience’ co -written with Paul Searles (Skunk Hour) was released in 2010 to rave reviews. Paula's album "Ama' is due for release early 2019. Paula is also an experienced vocal teacher with over 5 years experience and a passion for working with and developing young voices. But it doesn't stop there, outside of her original projects, Paula can be found entertaining the troops at various corporate events with her cover funk band 'Miss P's Soul Kitchen'. With so many great credits to her name it 's no wonder Australia has adopted Paula Baxter as one of their most exciting and captivating artists to watch out for. -

Teaching our instrumental ensemble as well as the contemporary performance workshop, all of our students love Jamies relaxed and friendly approach. Drawing from his industry experience to guide, encourage and inspire our APGS budding musicians, Jamie is a multi instrumentalist that regularly performs and engineers at venues across Sydney including: Rock Lily at The Star Casino, Moonshine at The Steyne Manly, Navarra Venues, Doltone House, Dockside Group venues, and the Argyle. With a Bachelor of Music (AIM) and Diploma of Education (ACU), Jamie has been teaching music for over 10 years, and working as both a guitarist and sound engineer in the industry for 15 years. -
Lisa Gardner Vocal, Music
Lisa Gardner is a music educator, contemporary vocalist and singing teacher. Currently as Head of Performing Arts at APGS Lisa teaches academic music years 7-12, and also coordinates the Performing Arts Program with music, dance and drama performance classes and Showcases, working with specialist professional performers and tutors within the industry. Trained at Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Lisa,s performance background is in repertoire from musical theatre, popular styles and jazz. She has sung in major venues throughout Australia and Asia with leading cabaret acts and many bands, and has performed live on several national television shows. Lisa has a strong interest in research on music education and vocal pedagogy, and has presented papers in this area at National and International Conferences. Vocally, she has trained with leading international teachers Jeanette LoVetri and Jo Estill – both from USA. Lisa has taught at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, The Wesley Institute for Ministry and the Arts, The Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre and several Sydney Secondary Schools. As well, Lisa currently examines for Rockschool International. Lisa particularly enjoys working with children and teenagers, and finds their enthusiasm and passion for performing inspiring. -

Talia FowlerContemporary Ballet
Talia’s career has spanned across a wide variety of dance genres and media platforms. She is a classical ballerina having worked for companies - The Queensland Ballet, Ballet BC (Quebec), Madboots Dance (NY), Gregory/Dawson Project (San Francisco), Leigh Warren Dancers (Adelaide), Alonzo King LINES Ballet (San Francisco). Performing both classical & contemporary works, her career taken her to Europe, Asia, Canada and the USA. In 2009 she was the winner of Season 2 ‘So You Think You Can Dance’. She starred in ‘Fame the Musical’s national tour as Iris Kelly. Throughout the commercial industry she has worked for the likes of Tabitha & Napoleon, Sonya Tayeh, ARIA’s, AACTA’s, X Factor, Australia’s Got Talent, & various music artists. Currently, she freelances as a soloist and pas de deux artist with performances across the international corporate scene. Talia recently performed on the runway for international fashion label BALMAIN. Her work for Sony Music can be seen in choreography, movement direction and video editing for Timomatic & Pusha T music video ‘Delilah’, and Talia can be seen in lead acting roles for Timomatic ‘Parachute’, The Veronicas ‘You Ruin Me’, and Van-ahn Nguyen’s Album ‘Peaceful Piano Essentials’. Talia landed the cover of Dance Australia, advertising campaign and face of Bloch ‘Heritage’ pointe shoe & guest performances for the Australian Dance Awards, So You Think You Can Dance US, & the World Dance Congress. In her training she achieved her A.R.A.D Solo Seal and was a part of The Genée International Ballet Competition (now The Fonteyn) and The Prix de Lausanne. Talia is a now certified coach for Vaganova method training with the Australia Conservatoire of Ballet, and runs an interstate ‘Elite Artist’ Classical Ballet Program. She is a private technique coach and has taught nationwide workshops & masterclasses for the past 6 years. She has also adjudicated solo scholarships, competitions and dance festivals across the country. As guest speaker for organisations ‘Beautiful Mind’s’ and ‘The Halogen Foundation’, Talia has enjoyed becoming a mentor to the new generation. -
